| The provision is payable only upon concluded contract between concerned parties. In the case of the property sale or property exchange the provision is payable only after the notary verification of above mentioned contract. All contracts are composed only by lawyer or notary. We are charging only the agreed provision, there are no extra costs for composing the documents. At the same time we are responsible for any damage caused because of the incorrect composed contract. |

| - Assignment of the person which will conduct the negotiations and contract details, |
| - The notification about all significant circumstances necessary for conclusion of the contract, |

| - The preparation of the appropriate contract in cooperation with the lawyer and/or notary, |
| - The preparation of the proposal to register the ownership right into the land-register if property is already inscribed, |
| - Preparation of the delivery protocol, |
| - The transfer of the tangible connections to the buyer and notification of the property manager of the ownership changes if proper authorization is given to the real estate agency. |
